Joe and Pam Gargano opened the original Uncle Joe's Diner in late 1974 - two doors East of our current location.
The original Uncle Joe's was considered a truck stop, with only 30 seats, but since 1991 we are an operation of over 130 seats with 40 employees. Today we are entering into 49 years of business and Uncle Joe's is still continuing the tradition of great food at a great price.
Come dine with us today!!! Uncle Joe himself can still be found sitting at the counter watching over things or underneath a sink making repairs.
His youngest son Mike is the General Manager at the Diner and General Manager at the family's second business right next door -Michael's.
